Mr. Mobasser is the Regional CEN Representative for Iran.
He holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of London, and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mr. Mobasser has experience as a Budget Analyst, Project Manager, Director, Management Consultant, and Certification Manager. As a member of the Board of Director at Alborz Electrical Industries Co. in Tehran, his duties included the development and Implementation of Strategic Planning, Organizational Studies, Human Resources, and Technology transfer studies. He has worked in both the United States and Iran.
Mr. Mobasser is fluent in English and Farsi, and is conversant in French.

Saudi Arabia: Mohamed M. Attar
Mr. Mohamed Attar is the CEN representative in Saudi Arabia.
A Saudi citizen Mohamed M. Attar was born in Jeddah, October 11, 1950. Mr. Attar has a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University, and in 1975 he graduated with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Santa Clara.
A successful businessman, Mohamed M. Attar started his own Establishment (Mohamed M. Attar Est.) in year 1979 which included contracting, setting up companies, agencies and related activities in trading, export and import. With this set up and his connection he established himself with ministries, government entities and reputable Saudi citizens in addition to representing influential foreign investors within the Kingdom.
He is the President of Nazer Group, a well capitalized, dynamic and expanding holding company for number of diverse operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and overseas.
Mr. Attar has been the Honorary Consul of Canada since November 1999, and is a board member in Al Bir Charity Association in Jeddah-Saudi Arabia.
